SheFi Grants Stack Program Launches to Empower Femme Founders

SheFi is excited to announce the launch of our very own SheFi Grants Stack program, a cutting-edge initiative designed to support and fund the brilliant female and non-binary founders within our community. This program, powered by the Gitcoin Grants Stack, is a testament to SheFi's commitment to empowering femmes to succeed in frontier technologies. Through this initiative, we aim to equip femme founders with the resources they need to play a pivotal role in shaping the blockchain ecosystem of tomorrow.

The SheFi Grants Stack program represents an innovative approach to funding, offering an alternative to the conventional avenues that often come with strings attached. This initiative serves as a force multiplier, providing unrestricted support that empowers women and non-binary individuals to become active contributors to the web3 space.

We’re kicking off with a $5K pool and with the active participation and voting of the SheFi community, projects will receive funding from that pool. We also hope to increase the pool through active contributions from our larger community. Every vote and contribution from our members plays a significant role in not just deciding which projects get funded, but also in potentially boosting the overall funds in the pool, making a larger impact on the projects we all believe in.

We need founders to apply and our community to vote and allocate funding to those projects to make this a success. Please share this email to get broader engagement for this exciting funding initiative! If it goes well, we will continue to build up this grants program.

• Is one of your teammates part of the SheFi Community?

• OR Have you attended two in person SheFi events?

• Do you follow SheFi on YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram, and are you subscribed to our newsletter?

Step 2: Submit Your Application

• Describe your project and team briefly.

• Explain how the grant will help.

• Apply through the SheFi Grants portal HERE.

Step 3: Await Our Review

• Our team will review your submission.

• Keep an eye on your inbox for our decision or any follow-up questions.

SheFi is dedicated to nurturing this space, ensuring that our community's femme builders are amplified and that their projects receive the recognition and resources they need to thrive.

We invite all female and non-binary founders in our community to apply for the SheFi Grants Stack program. We also encourage all members to vote and contribute to the funding of the projects in this round.

Taking a Pulse of Web3 - SheFi London

We had a phenomenal turnout at our first SheFi London event!

The conversations at last week’s SheFi London event, Taking the Pulse of Web, were overwhelmingly optimistic. On a panel with reps from Outlier Ventures, Yap Global, Rare Protocol, SuperRare, and Defire, the discussion covered building in the open, approaches to growth, promising innovations, and how to return to web3’s core promise of a better future for all. The panel was followed by drinks at Curve Club, where the community had the chance to connect, chat, laugh, ask questions, and plant seeds to shape the future of web3 in London.
