The Plan Isn’t Mine.

Trust is the hand you hold through the unknown.

💫 Apply for Cohort 16 💫

I finished my yearly review. A month by month, unflinching assessment of what I achieved, where I fell short, what I can do differently next year.

It's grueling. I use AI to scrape through my entire year, personal and professional. Like an athlete scrutinizing the tape for even a pinky finger out of place.

That's one way I prepare for 2026.

The other is to relinquish control completely.

Jon and I walked around our new neighbourhood. We’d traded the New York grey for southern sun and while I love the warmth, there’s something incomplete about Christmas without a dusting of snow.

We’ve been returning to the Christmas story – Jesus’ birth story – again and again, discussing what lessons it might offer us at this time.

“But you’re a Mary maxi”, Jon teased.

I am. A mother’s love just feels like a more universal experience. It’s easy to identify with. It’s something you feel in your life all the time.

Growing up Catholic, I’ve always felt deeply connected to Mother Mary.

Summer slept soundly nestled in her wrap, her face quietly pressed against my chest. I’d been noticing how being a mom to Summer was making me more connected to my own intuition. Every passing day I felt more assured in my “yesses” and more convicted in my “nos”.

A mother’s unwavering devotion gives you the strength to move through uncertainty, to trust your own process.

In life, and especially as an entrepreneur, we’re constantly moving through uncertainty.

“How do you know you’re on the right path?” Jon asked.

“You don’t,” I said instinctively.

You don’t.

“Mary is the expression of total trust in the divine plan,” I continued.

There aren't miracles to guide your way, not the grand gesture kind. The miracles are the small symbols you've chosen to remind you: spotting a butterfly, the friend you bump into three thousand miles from home, that quiet voice in your heart.

You can’t know the outcome, but you can still have faith. Faith is the hand you hold through the good and the bad. It doesn’t offer certainty, but it offers something even more precious: trust.

And once you’ve done everything you can possibly do–the year-end review, the feedback sessions, the day-by-day planning–there is nothing to do but trust.

Trust what is unfolding. Trust the capital “P” plan.

Mary trusted something she couldn't see, couldn't prove, couldn't control. And she devoted herself to it anyway. That's what motherhood asks of you. That's what entrepreneurship asks of you. That's what any life worth living asks of you.

What are you devoting yourself to in 2026?

Happy New Year!

This Week in Crypto — SheFi Edition 🏇

End-of-year reality check.

  • Ethereum hit 8.7 million contracts deployed in a single quarter. No hype cycle, no price fireworks. Just builders shipping. It’s a reminder that usage and developer momentum often peak when attention doesn’t.

  • BTC struggled to reclaim $90K, while gold and silver had historic years. Gold is up ~72% in 2025 and silver nearly doubled. The “digital gold” narrative is being tested in a world craving stability.

  • Executives across the industry are aligned: stablecoins are becoming core financial infrastructure. Payments, remittances, and settlement are where adoption is actually happening, not speculative tokens.

  • Robinhood, Coinbase, and others are racing to own prediction markets. This isn’t a gimmick. It’s about who controls access to real-world information markets.

  • Coinbase integrated Solana trading deeper into its product, reinforcing a trend we’ve seen all year: fewer silos, more convergence between centralized platforms and onchain ecosystems.

  • Blockworks research shows that on Solana, apps now generate ~3× more revenue than the network itself. Fundamentals are strong, valuations are not. The disconnect is where future opportunity lives.

  • Markets are volume, muted moves, and a collective pause. A good moment to step back, reflect on 2025, and think intentionally about 2026 positioning.

SheFi Takeaway: End-of-year reminder: the strongest signal is not price. It’s what people are actually using. Stablecoins, apps, and payments rails keep growing even when the market is quiet. That’s where I’m paying attention going into 2026.
